More questions have been added!
I seem to be doing these questions a few at a time, so bear with me but I hope they will be interesting for everyone.
Incidently, here are my answers.

13) 'Neville is just as important as Harry in the series, due to the prophecy and it shows that they are in fact equal in a lot of ways.'
How far do you agree?
I completely agree. Just because he is not as loved or as charismatic doesnt make him any less powerful or important.
The point that Rowling was trying to make, I think, is that even though he is not as loved, he is still Harry's equal. Strength hides in the most unexpected places. However weak he may have seemed in the early books, he is still in Gryffindor, who embody the objective good regardless or much else, and strength and bravery. In effect, he is also an orphan and has the same powerful desire for vengeance against Voldemort that Harry does. The scene in GOF when Alice gave him those empty chewing gum wrappers is so sensitive and beautiful, and exquisitely sad. It almost brings tears to my eyes actually. Anyway my point is that he is Harry's equal, regardless of charisma and fame or whatever.

14) In a hypothetical situation, if you could posess the Elixier of Life and live as long as Nicolas Flamel; would you drink it? Do you think it would be less appealing because you would have to rely on drinking it to sustain immortality, so it would not be whole and perfect, but you might still drink it? On the other hand would you not touch it because it gives a 'cursed life' as we are told in the Philosophers stone? .

If I was going to do it at all, like Tom, I think I would resent the idea that I was dependent on anything other than myself to sustain my immortality. I would find it humiliating and want the absolute power of self-sustaining eternal life.
But I think I would not. I would not touch anything so cruel. I dont want my time in this life to be so easily manipulated by any external force. I understand how people are enamoured with the idea of the immortal man, the ultimate pinnacle of human achievement or whatever [man as in mankind, no need to get offended or anything] but essentially it is incredibly flawed. I mean, imagine living with human selfishness and cruelty forever? Its a strange isnt it....If you lust after Eternal Life, you will invariably want to end it, and death is the single thing you were terrified of in the first place, the single thing that motivated you to seek immortality in the first place.

ITA with you about Neville, he is a true Gryffindor and isn't given half as much attention as he should have. I'm glad that JKR showed in DH that even the most insignificant of people in the eyes of others can be and are more important than ones that are so popular. Look at Malfoy, a popular character who does nothing in the last book that is of use!

Good answer about the stone as well =)

Yeahh thank you!
Malfoy, for all his white blonde hair and grey eyes and all that, really isnt of much use. I mean granted, when they are captured, in that scene when Bella is about to torture Hermione, hes sort of allright, he sort of collaborates with them deosnt he?
Im not sure I can remember that well ahahah.
Well anyway! Draco is a spoiled, aristocratic bastard who is used to being superiour simply through the blood that runs in his veins. He is malicious, he does more or less absolutely nothing of any use. Although. I do have compassion for him in HBP. I really do. Imagine though, hes been groomed his entire life to become a Death Eater, he is trying to fulfill the glory that hes probably been told about from the cradle...his Father is in Azkaban rememeber, important loss of role model. And Voldemort set that all up, even though Draco will fail. It is Lucius's punishment. And remember, when Dumbledore says "Killing is not nearly as easy as the innocent believe"-
Hes like trembling, seriously. Hes wavering. 5 more minutes and he might have joined the Light side. But yeah ANYWAY.
Enough rant about that.
I love the way Neville really comes into his own in DH. Its fantastic. Thats Rowlings point, I think. That no matter how timid or unpopular or uncharismatic someone seems, they have so much potential.. and I really think that Neville is Harrys equal.
Totally. Not only in terms on the prophecy but in terms of Gryffindor. We've sort thought that Harry is like the Golden Boy of Gryffindor havnt we? Where dwell the brave at heart and all that. Hes like the perfect Gryffindor. Well not so! Neville is just as corageous and rah rah rah!
Enough rant! My god i've typed tonnes! :D
Ahahahaha

I LOVE your replies because you so get what I mean haha

Draco does have a lot to put up with, again more than any boy of his age should. He's just not had the opportunity to go to the Light Side, or rather hasn't bothered when the chance has occurred. The point is, he has had good parts about him but when it comes to it, he's always too much of a coward to do the 'right' thing (whatever that may be and what we judge to be right) when it's there in front of him.

It's really ironic really because he boasts about being so brave and clever and yet when it comes to it, the quiet one, the 'loser' as Malfoy and his cronies have labelled Neville, is the one that is the bravest. I like that JKR showed that, that the bullies never win basically. I think that was her message there, that the bullies are exposed for who they really are and the *bullied* get their chance to show who they've been all along =)

Awh yay thank yoouu =]

YES! Yay its fantastic. Poetic justice, really isnt it?
I was bullied tonnes at school so yeah, vindication for Neville! :D
I HATE Draco fangirls. With a deep dark passion. They simply REFUSE to see his actual character and project hormonal fantasies into him. Why must people insist on murdering my beloved fictional characters? Aghh =\
Anyway, rant hahha.

OMG you were bullied too? It's a terrible thing, I had to move schools because of it and I still have to live around them all. Luckily my justice is in the fact that I made something of my life and they didn't. I don't mean that in a big-headed way, I just mean that at 20 years of age I'm glad I'm at University making a career for myself instead of sat at home with a baby!
I like Draco, don't get me wrong, but when the girls get going is like...*ARGH* you just wanna scream at them xD

Yeah I was bullied. One time, this girl kicked my in the ribs, off my chair and stabbed me in the side of the head with a pen.
Oh and this other time someone put a bin on my head.
Hah I sound so casual saying it now, but I cant believe I ever let myself be in such a degraded and humiliated situation. Ugghh.
I know that I should have the compassion to forgive these people, because I know they were just reacting to an 'unknown' 'different' or 'wrong' quality that they somehow saw embodied in me, I dont know why. But I dont think im ready to forgive just yet.
Rah. Anyway enough of that. My justice is that I am nearly at the stage where I can forgive them, and that my life is not controlled and motivated by vengeance or a ridiculously intense need to prove myself. ANYWAY. Enough of that!

Yeah Draco fangirls suck. And yeah, I like Draco, I understand the allure ahahaha, white blonde aristocratic arrogance can be very sexy im sure, just just ugh, I especially hate the 'Draco and Hermione opposites attract destiny true love' fics. They make me want to... to.. I dont know. XD
